Nicole Paul combines a wealth of legal knowledge with her natural empathy and kindness. A trusted personal injuries practitioner with over 14 years of experience, she has worked in both mid-size and boutique law firms.

Nicole was admitted as a solicitor in 2012 and has successfully represented countless clients in a wide range of cases including motor vehicle accidents, work injuries, public liability and total and permanent disability claims.

She understands that personal injury cases can be emotionally challenging, so she works closely with her clients to understand their situation and craft a tailored legal strategy that guides them through the legal process with compassion and clarity.

A strong believer in supporting the community, she has previously held a volunteer solicitor position on the Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) at the Mater Hospital. She has also volunteered at the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) and the Homeless Person’s Legal Clinic.

She is a member of the Queensland Law Society, the Australian Lawyers Association and the Women’s Legal Association of Queensland.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling to far flung corners of the world and spending time with her young family.
